Awaken Unlimited is for one person's own use of Awaken, as much as they like in everyday life. Listen through your day, talk with your coaches and write to them without counting Essence.

Daily limits. To keep Unlimited working for everyone, listening and talking with your coach each have a daily limit. We set these limits well above what people normally use, so almost no one will ever reach them. Writing to your coach is not limited.

If you reach a limit. If you reach the listening limit, listening pauses until midnight in your time zone. If you reach the talking limit, talking with your coach on its own pauses until then, though you can still speak to your coach while listening. Awaken tells you when each is back. You can still use the rest of Awaken, including writing to your coach. Nothing you have saved is affected.

What isn't fair use. Sharing one Unlimited account between people, reselling access, or using Awaken through software, bots or automation rather than as a person. We may suspend Unlimited for accounts used this way, and we'll tell you first where we can.

Changes. We may adjust the daily limits from time to time. We will keep them well above normal use, and tell you before any change that would affect how you use Awaken.
